Our security services are designed to meet, not only the security aspects of the job, but also customer service, concierge, safety and the overall presentation requirements of the property.
Our security/ customer service officers are fully licensed and undergo extensive customer service and brand presentation and representation training (a unique training program designed for Statewide Security staff only). Whilst our training and development programs are extensive, we tailor our training programs so they are specific to the property, customer expectations and brand awareness of our client.
The daily duties of our security/ customer service officers not only cover the standard open and close, patrols and key controls, but also safety and damage inspections. They utilise hand-held technology capturing text and image, then wirelessly transmit to our customers for a quick response.
All of our staff our focused on the presentation of the property ensuring they maintain a clean and safe environment. They work closely with cleaning and maintenance crews to ensure the highest standards of presentation and representation are maintained. There is no “its not my job”, within our crews
