The SWQS Service Cube

Statewide Quality Services Pty Limited has re-branded, whilst the logo is new it does not change the high quality service that our clients have become accustomed to.

Our BRAND reflects the number of services we deliver our customers in either a single service or multiple service formats; of which there are six, the six sides of the cube. Each service has nine segments or key components required to ensure, service and customer excellence and satisfaction, respectively.

The six sides of the Statewide Quality Services “Service Cube” are:

1. Cleaning
2. Security
3. Maintenance
4. Strata
5. Car Care, Valet Services, and
6. Total Integrated services.

The nine key service delivery segments or the components required to deliver the services to our customers:

1. Understanding the core objectives of our customers.
2. Understanding, developing and delivering an operational plan.
3. Understanding, developing and delivering a quality plan.
4. Understanding, developing and delivering a health & safety plan.
5. Understanding, developing and delivering an environmental management plan.
6. Understanding, developing and delivering an industrial relations plan.
7. Understanding, developing and delivering a business continuity plan.
8. Understanding, developing and delivering a training & development plan.
9. Understanding, developing and delivering a KPI, inspection and reporting plan.
