World’s Best

At Statewide, we continually review our operations and tools – including technology – to ensure that we are delivering World’s Best Practice to our customers. Our use of appropriate technology directly impacts on our operations, improving our service, and helps all parts of the team deliver the fantastic results our customers experience daily.

Periodicals, Work Orders, Extra Work

Statewide uses the new web-based system, Kevah Works, to manage our larger jobs.  This web-based system allows us to schedule periodicals, manage ad hoc work orders, and track any extra work we have done on the site. Kevah Works keeps these jobs by priority, due date, and tracks the activity and shows the completion. We can provide our customers with read-only access to see what is going on at the site, and we can also deploy Kevah Works as part of our help desk function – to receive and dispatch jobs across a portfolio. (More information on Kevah Works from Valorem Systems, our technology partner.)

QA, Inspections, Incidents, and Field Reports

We use the patented Kevah handheld system for our regular reporting on site. Kevah is deployed on the area manager’s phones (or site supervisor’s phones on larger sites), and they use this application to do regular quality assurance inspections, defect and damage reports, and incident reports. The forms and reports within Kevah can be customised to meet the specific needs of your property and portfolio. Reports are exported out of Kevah into Word and Excel documents, and with the auto email function, you can receive the completed QA report in you email in-box as soon as the inspection is completed.

With Kevah, we have been able to improve the quality and speed of our reporting, while at the same time removing paper from our processes. (More information on Kevah from Valorem Systems, our technology partner.)

Service Delivery and Site Activity

Praxeo RTS Token

Praxeo RTS Token

At Statewide, we take our Duty of Care to employees very seriously, and we have deployed the Praxeo Remote Token Service (RTS) to assist us to monitor activity on sites where staff are working either alone or with minimal supervision. Praxeo RTS allows staff to sign-in and sign-out provides us email and SMS alerts if people don’t arrive, leave early, or don’t leave at all. We also use Praxeo RTS to run our timesheet reports and site activity reports. (More information on Praxeo RTS, from Valorem Systems our technology partner.)

On-line Attendance, Compliance and Training

Ensuring we manage the process of staff attendance, induction and training is becoming more and more important and with integrity of service delivery and hours worked being a key focus of our customers. We utilize the Praxeo touch-screen system for major contracts to manage our induction processes, and where our security team has been delegated the task of managing contractor access to the site. Praxeo allows us to manage multiple contractor companies, and keep track of their insurances, and individual inductions. This is a brilliant additional value to our service, and provides our customers with peace of mind to know that their OHS and safety rules are being applied consistently. (More information on Praxeo, from Valorem Systems our technology partner.)
