Our team has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of property services from cleaning through to surface restoration. All aspects of our services are delivered by qualified and licensed professionals employed by Statewide or our joint venture partners (for specialised services only).
ELIAS SHAMOON
Elias established Statewide in 1997 after working with a number of major cleaning service providers in the capacity of cleaner through to area manager. In deciding to start his business he found a need for a niche player within the market that was focused on how properties were presented rather than just a matter of clean or secure.
With more than 25 years of experience and knowledge Statewide was established and over the past 12 years he has grown the business to incorporate cleaning, security and maintenance, with a unique service of vehicle management, which includes cleaning, valet and vehicle movement and management services.
Elias is now at a stage where he is ready to expand his service excellence and has now developed the supporting documentation that will enhance his already, recognised, excellent service.
SERWAN GEORGES
As General Manager – Business Development, Serwan brings excellent development and entrepreneurial skills. With well-rounded business establishment and operational skills coupled with his outstanding communications ability, shown at all levels, Serwan brings exceptional knowledge to the group.
Having owned and operated a number of cleaning, security and facilities services businesses, Serwan is developing the Statewide Quality Services business and making the market aware of the excellence in customer service that they are already recognised for.
LOUIS SHAMOON
As Operations Manager, Louis ensures the best customer service is delivered at all times. With established communications protocols and excellent communications skills Louis is a valuable member of the team. With more than 9 years experience in operations he has gained extensive knowledge and skills in operational management, coupled with his current Business Management studies he provides clients with a high level of professionalism.
He is a unique experienced leader and oversees the start-up, administration and ongoing service delivery functions. Louis’s keyfocus is People.
SAMI ATTAE
Sami has 14 years experience in the service industry, as an area manager across a wide range of venues, such as commercial, retail and entertainment complexes. In addition to his knowledge of cleaning he also holds a security license (1ABC Security License) and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of our business.
Sami is experienced, efficient and knowledgeable, with excellent communications skills at all levels, both within and external to the organization. He is a responsible for all aspects of the field operations & presents himself in a professional manner at all times.
