Statewide Quality Services was established in 1998 when Elias Shamoon started a small cleaning operation that has now expanded into a unique boutique multi-service delivery company focused on providing customers with a complete property maintenance service covering all aspects of service delivery from when their patrons enter the building to when they leave.  Ensuring the property is presented and managed in the manner becoming the company’s image.

Having gained his experience as a cleaner, then supervisor for a number of cleaning companies Elias recognised a need for an integrated service business that was focussed on delivering a complete property presentation program for property owners and managers.

Due to the rapid expansion of the business and the quality of services delivered to the property sector Statewide now delivers services to a number of business sectors including; Shopping Centres, Commercial and Industrial, Child Care, Medical Centres and Clubs and Hotels

Our focus is clear and we have coined the phrase, “small enough to care, but large enough to deliver” a boutique multi-service business with a difference.  We have coined this phrase to ensure our customers understand that we are a boutique service that focuses carefully and attentively on a select number of clients and do not intend to expand to such a size that we lose the CARE factor.

Our services are focused on delivering a complete brand presentation, from the time our customer patrons enter the property until they leave, creating a truly memorable customer experience that will remain in their minds during their journey home.

Step 1: Our vehicle care team focuses on making sure the car park is presentable, safe and has all the additional services today’s properties require, car cleaning, valet parking, concierge, etc;

Step 2: Our cleaning team makes sure that the property is presented in an excellent light at all times, clean, presentable and with fresh odors;

Step 3: Our maintenance team ensures that all lights are working and that where cleaning does not present the property in the correct manner it is painted.  That all plants, locks and doors work effectively and efficiently; and

Step 4: Our security team provides a concierge type service where customer can come to a friendly face and ask questions, ensuring the safety and friendly environment that encourages the customer to enjoy the shopping experience.
